Patz & Hall Wine Co. will ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday using the UPS or FedEx shipping method that you pre-selected for your order. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us directly to place an order. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Patz & Hall recommends 2-day delivery as the safest option for your wine shipment. Wines shipped via this method are guaranteed by Patz & Hall. UPS Ground shipments outside of California may take 5- 7 business days for delivery (depending on shipping address) and are at risk of being exposed to a variety of temperature changes in transit.

We strongly recommend that our customers ship to a business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older available to sign for the order. If the wine goes undelivered after several attempts, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Due to shipping regulations of individual states, we can only ship online orders to the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.
